Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration Rules
All information provided when creating an account on 11kk must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Submitting false or misleading information may result in permanent account termination. Each individual may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts is strictly prohibited — if detected, all associated accounts will be terminated and balances may be forfeited.
11kk may request a national ID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is successfully completed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 11kk will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login credentials with others. Use a strong password and update it regularly to keep your account secure.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The following rules must be observed when using the 11kk platform. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Any form of fraud, use of bots, software hacking, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Using the platform for illegal financial transactions or money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
Creating or operating an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited. If detected, all balances will be forfeited.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 11kk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — must be used for deposits and withdrawals. Depositing from or withdrawing to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours, though delays may occur while verification is pending.
If a suspicious transaction is detected, 11kk reserves the right to temporarily freeze the financial activity on the account in question until the investigation is complete. All tax and legal obligations remain the sole responsibility of the user.

11kk will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government directives, or communication outages. 11kk is also not responsible for any damages arising from third-party content or links on the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
11kk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice under the following circumstances: violation of Terms, suspected fraud, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in illegal activities.
If there is a valid balance remaining at the time of account closure, 11kk will consider refunding it in accordance with applicable rules once the investigation is complete. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
